<p>On the 10<sup>th</sup>&nbsp;of November, the UM6P Sports Department organized a Kayaking Initiation Day at Bouregreg Marina.</p>

<p>The event introduced 30 students to the basics of kayaking, including paddling techniques, balance, and safety maneuvers. Group activities added a collaborative element, encouraging teamwork and making the experience enjoyable for all participants.</p>

<p>From the 2<sup>nd</sup>&nbsp;to the 4<sup>th</sup>&nbsp;of December, the Materials Science, Energy, and Nanoengineering (MSN) Department at UM6P organized SEEnergy-2024, the 1st International Conference on Sustainable Energy and Electrochemistry, at the university’s campus in Benguerir.</p>

<p>On the 3<sup>rd</sup>&nbsp;and the 4<sup>th</sup>&nbsp;of December, 2024, GSMI participated in the International Mining Congress (IMC) 2024 in Marrakech, showcasing its research in Geosciences, Geoexploration, Sustainability, and Mining and Minerals Processing.</p>

<p>GSMI’s team, including professors and PhD students, presented its work, with Professor Mostafa Benzaazoua representing GSMI and UM6P as a speaker, sharing insights on sustainable mining practices.</p>

<p>On the 29<sup>th</sup>&nbsp;of November, The Innovation and Entrepreneurship Lab organized a training session at UM6P campus in&nbsp; Benguerir for stakeholders in the olive value chain as part of the TAGDEV 2.0 project, in collaboration with 12 African universities. The session gathered 25 participants for a program focused on improving agricultural practices, boosting productivity, and adopting sustainable methods.</p>
