<p>On the 7^th&nbsp;and 8^th&nbsp;of December, the International Association of Students in Agriculture (IAAS), in collaboration with CDG Invest and 212 Founders, and with the support of Africa Business School (ABS) and Student Organization, Leadership, and Engagement (SOLE), organized the Eco-Innovate Hackathon.</p>

<p>This week, the College of Computing concluded the second edition of HPC AI Days, a three-day event on High-Performance Computing (HPC) and Artificial Intelligence (AI), powered by the Toubkal Supercomputer, at UM6P Campus in Benguerir.</p>

<p>The program included sessions on GPU programming, numerical linear algebra, and AI workflows, along with a hackathon showcasing participants’ creativity and technical skills. Experts highlighted GPU-accelerated computations and collaborative problem-solving.</p>

<p>This week, MAHIR Center participants visited the workshop of Mr. Hassan Bourkia—writer, translator, and visual artist—for a discussion on literature and storytelling.</p>

<p>Surrounded by plants, books, and art, the group analyzed Susan Sontag's letter to Jorge Luis Borges, the joy of literature, and Borges’ reflections on One Thousand and One Nights. Mr. Bourkia discussed the text’s lasting value, its influence on Borges, and the parallels between Scheherazade’s storytelling and political power.</p>

<p>From the 30^th&nbsp;of November to the 1st of December, the hackathon for the second edition of the ReBuild Challenge took place at UM6P Campus in Benguerir, followed by the semi-final on the 5th of December. This edition was organized in partnership with StartGate, OCP Foundation, the ReBuild Initiative, the Social Experience Program, l’Agence Nationale des Eaux et Forêts, and the High Atlas Foundation.</p>

<p>On the 28^th&nbsp;of November, the Learning Center organized a storytelling competition at UM6P Campus in Benguerir, bringing together participants and an engaged audience.</p>

<p>This week, the Executive Education S&amp;T, in partnership with the College of Agriculture and Environmental Science, conducted a masterclass withing the University’s Campus in Rabat for OCP representatives to deepen their agronomic knowledge.</p>

<p>This week, Africa Business School (ABS), represented by Ms. Bahiya Hanoun, Director of Operations for the Business and Management Pole, participated in a CGEM and IOE conference themed "Empowering Women in Business: Breaking Barriers and Building Resilience."</p>

<p>On the 11^th&nbsp;of December, UM6P welcomed Mr. Jean Claude Karayenzi, Executive Chairman of Rwanda's Crystal Venture Fund*, to the university’s campus in Benguerir.</p>

<p>The visit focused on discussions related to energy, agriculture, and computer sciences, exploring potential opportunities for collaboration.</p>

<p>On the 10^th&nbsp;of December, a UM6P delegation visited King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST) in Saudi Arabia to advance collaboration in university administration.</p>
