<p>On the 20^th&nbsp;of November, as part of the Frontier Agriculture project funded by the European Commission, the College of Agriculture and Environmental Sciences organized a focus group discussion at UM6P campus in Benguerir.</p>

<p>The UM6P Africa Initiative entity is announcing the release of the 62^nd&nbsp;&nbsp;edition of the Africa Initiative's Weekly News Digest. The main objective is to share with UM6P community members the latest news, opportunities, and events from across the continent.</p>

<p>On the 13th of November, Open Minds organized a book club session at the University's campus in Benguerir, led by Nabil Mouline and focusing on his work&nbsp;<i>Drapeau du Maroc</i>.</p>

<p>This gathering brought together students and enthusiasts to explore the history and symbolism of the Moroccan flag through the author’s insights. The event reflects Open Minds’ mission to promote cultural dialogue and celebrate Moroccan heritage.</p>

<p>On the 21^st&nbsp;&nbsp;of November, University Mohammed VI Polytechnic hosted a delegation from Privi Life Sciences at UM6P Campus in Benguerir for a day of focused discussions and visits to key research facilities.</p>

<p>This week, the College of Computing hosted the "AI Builders Challenge 24" in collaboration with Bouygues at the University’s Campus in Benguerir.</p>

<p>The startup Alsym Energy, co-founded by Professor Kripa Varanasi, is hoping its batteries can link renewables with the industrial sector and beyond.</p>

<p>“Renewables are intermittent, so you need storage, and to really solve the decarbonization problem, we need to be able to make these batteries anywhere at low cost,” says Alsym co-founder and MIT Professor Kripa Varanasi.</p>

<p>From the 27^th&nbsp;of October to the 10^th&nbsp;of November, the 8^th&nbsp;International Training Workshop on Waste-to-Energy (WtE) took place in Hangzhou, China, with UM6P researchers, Dr. Saida Tayibi and Dr. Abdelkarim Fatihi, among the participants.</p>

<p>On the 20^th&nbsp;of November, UGF organized the 2^nd&nbsp;meeting of the SEHSM Scientific Committee (Economics, Humanities, Social Sciences, and Management) at UM6P in Benguerir.</p>

<p>This week, as part of the MAHIR Network, the ACT School organized a 6-hour reading marathon in partnership with local media libraries in El Jadida, Youssoufia, and Khouribga.</p>

<p>From the 16^th&nbsp;to the 20^th&nbsp;of November, MSN hosted "TechCamp Morocco: Climate Entrepreneurship for Emerging Leaders" in collaboration with the U.S. State Department and the U.S. Embassy in Morocco, within the university's campus in Benguerir.</p>
