<p>On Thursday, 30th of March, Mohammed VI Polytechnic University was delighted to host a delegation from H2Pro &amp; Sumitomo Corporation. The purpose of this visit was to hold an exchange meeting with the Innovate for Industry team, about mutual collaborations on the new H2Pro electrolyzer technology, and to discover the green ammonia and renewable energy projects initiated by UM6P. Both parties are looking forward to developing their partnership in the future large-scale green hydrogen industry in Morocco.</p>

<p>On&nbsp;Friday, March 31, Mohammed VI Polytechnic University was pleased to receive a delegation from Raspberry Company in the United Kingdom, led by Mr. Eben Upton - President of Raspberry Pi.</p>

<p>On Thursday the 30th of March, the new Learning Center was inaugurated with the presence of the President Mr. Hicham El Habti, located within the new extension of the University. The inauguration ceremony was attended by UM6P representatives, heads of departments, and academicians. It was an opportunity to highlight all our services, facilities, and our cultural club activities. Attendees also visited the new Learning Center and discovered our new collection of paperbacks.</p>

<p>We are pleased to announce that Mohammed VI Polytechnic University has been awarded the Coup de Cœur prize for professional equality in Morocco.</p>

<p>Indeed, on March 20, 2022, the Ministry of Economic Inclusion, Small Business, Employment and Skills, in partnership with the Millennium Challenge Agency of the United States of America celebrated this year the 7th edition of the Professional Equality Trophy.</p>

<p>On March 11th, the TEDxUM6P club, in partnership with SOLE, hosted the first TEDxTalk conference on ‘Wealth Creation in Africa’ in the Ibn Rochd Auditorium at Benguerir Campus.</p>

<p>This first TEDx conference addressed issues, challenges, and transformations the African continent is witnessing in fields such as education, entrepreneurship and startup ecosystems, finance, social responsibility, and the environment.</p>

<p>In March 2022, MAHIR Center welcomed ten students from SAPIR College (Israel) who had worked with MAHIR participants to film five documentaries on the Judeo-Moroccan heritage in the Mellah of Marrakech.</p>

<p>The five movies were made in November 2022 and presented at several festivals and events in Morocco, Israel, and soon elsewhere.</p>

<p>Mohammed VI Polytechnic University welcomed a delegation from the University of Virginia, composed of EMBA Students of Darden School of Business*.</p>

<p>This immersive visit at UM6P Campus is part of and “engagement course” for the students, to familiarize them with topics related to talent development, the needs for technology and innovation in the country, &nbsp;</p>

<p>On Tuesday the 14th of March, a Lincoln Douglas debate tournament was held under the theme&nbsp;: «&nbsp;Women quotas in corporate boards are mandatory for gender equality. », at the Learning Center.</p>

<p>Mohammed VI Polytechnic University, through the Chair of Soil Science (CSS), was pleased to welcome four professors from the University of Sao Paulo (USP) during the week of the 6th March, at the UM6P Campus in Benguerir.&nbsp;</p>
