<p>On the 23<sup>rd</sup>&nbsp;and 24<sup>th</sup>&nbsp;of October, the Sustainable Development Department hosted its Open Doors event in honor of World Sustainability Day.</p>

<p>This event aimed to engage the UM6P community by providing information about the role of the SD department, sharing insights into sustainability projects, and presenting the SD Fund available for sustainability ideas to be implemented on campus.&nbsp;</p>

<p>On the 11<sup>th</sup>&nbsp;of October, a delegation from UM6P, led by President Hicham El Habti, along with representatives from OCP, visited Syensqo Headquarters and Interuniversity Microelectronics Centre (IMEC) in Belgium to explore innovations in sustainability and technology.</p>

<p>On the 21<sup>st</sup>&nbsp;October, UM6P hosted a delegation from the Union of Family Agro-Pastoral Farms of Senegal* to its campus in Benguerir.</p>

<p>During this visit, the delegation had the opportunity to learn about the University’s agriculture projects and cooperative intitatives and to exchange knowledge with representatives from the ecosystem. Within this context, the delegation paid a visit to the college of agriculture, the phenotyping platform as well as the experimental farm.</p>

<p>This initiative follows the framework agreement signed in May 2024 between our two institutions, aimed at fostering collaboration in the fields of education and research.</p>
