<p>From June 14 to 17, UM6P took part in Europe's largest event dedicated to startups and technology, Viva Technology, held in Paris.</p>

<p>Mr. Hicham El Habti, President of UM6P and Chairman of the Board of Atlas Cloud Services, and Mr. Hicham Iraqi Houssaini, Managing Director of SAP Afrique Francophone, announced the vision of the two entities to strengthen their collaboration in the fields of innovation and sovereignty in order to support the digital transformation of Morocco and the African continent. The aim of this collaborative project is to offer Moroccan companies in over 25 business sectors the opportunity to leverage SAP's cloud solutions.</p>

<p>The UM6P International Doctoral Program is designed to nurture talented students interested in pursuing an academic career. Through mentorship, scientific support, and fellowships, this program aims to facilitate recruitment and enhance the success of Moroccan students throughout their doctoral studies. <p>Phospholutions has been selected by agricultural industry leaders as the winner of the IFA/UM6P Africa AgTech Startup Showcase at the IFA Annual Conference in Prague. Phospholutions beat seven other startups to secure the grand prize of €20,000, during a competitive, live final round judged by a jury of experts and with voting by Annual Conference delegates. Farmer Lifeline Technologies came second and was awarded a runner-up prize of €10,000.</p>

<p>From May 31 to June 2, Mohammed VI Polytechnic University in the first edition of GITEX AFRICA, held under the High Patronage of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, under the authority of the Moroccan Ministry of Digital Transition and Administration Reform and hosted by Digital Development Agency (ADD), with several of our university's entities present to highlight our achievements in digital and innovation.</p>

<p>On May 23rd and 24th 2023, the African Cities Lab platform will bring together governments, urban professionals, academic researchers, entrepreneurs, public and private actors and youth from all over the world in order to uplift african cities development.</p>

<p>The African Cities Lab 2023 SUMMIT aims at creating a truly collective, international and intergenerational platform, connected and open to the world, where ALL urban development actors will reflect on digital and smart cities as new models for African cities.</p>

<p>Alongside their participation in the 15th edition of the International Exhibition of Agriculture in Morocco, and in order to support innovation, a collaboration agreement has just been sealed between UM6P and CRI Fez-Meknes, to promote entrepreneurship at the regional and national level.</p>

<p>The "UNITY" team from UM6P won the first prize at the 2^nd&nbsp;edition of the “Attijari Startup Game” organized by Attijariwafa Bank. The UNITY team represented UM6P among ten schools from the African continent that participated in this international event.</p>
