Dr. Amina Khaled is an Associate Professor at the School of Engineering and Sustainable Development at UM6P. Her research focuses on energy policy, social equity, and sustainable development, with a strong emphasis on addressing Africa’s energy challenges. Dr. Khaled’s work explores innovative pathways to leverage renewable energy potential across the continent, aiming to reduce energy disparities and stimulate inclusive economic growth.
As a leading researcher, she has collaborated with global institutions, policymakers, and community stakeholders to develop localized, sustainable solutions. Dr. Khaled is the first author of the publication "Opportunities for Energy & Equity in Africa," which examines strategies to promote equitable access to energy through tailored policy frameworks and cross-sector collaboration.
