<p>From the 9^th&nbsp;to the 10^th&nbsp;of May, the Entrepreneurship &amp; Venturing division organized the inaugural DeepTech Summit under the theme “The Next Leap Forward: Africa’s DeepTech Transformation”, at UM6P Campus in Benguerir.</p>

<p>The summit featured over 70 keynote speakers from 30 countries, attracting a record-breaking audience of nearly 2000 attendees.</p>

<p>Immersive panels delved into the uncharted territories of DeepTech and discussed how sustainable technologies can pioneer Africa's future. Topics ranged from merging science and engineering to exploring frontier technologies beyond AI. Renowned DeepTech experts monitored side events, including meet-ups between venture capitals, startups, researchers, and industry professionals, featuring sessions like "Ask me Anything!" and "Co-Create it to Solve it."</p>

<p>A solutions village was organized as part of the event, showcasing innovations and research projects by UM6P entities and promising DeepTech startups. This groundbreaking summit marked the beginning of DeepTech advancement across the continent. It served as a nexus for global tech innovators to collaborate, addressing imminent challenges and paving the way for DeepTech Transformation in Africa.</p>
