UM6P President sharing the findings of the "1.5 Million Leaders" Study

<p class="xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx" style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif"><span style="color:#212121"><span style="font-style:normal"><span style="font-weight:400"><span style="white-space:normal"><span style="background-color:#ffffff"><span style="text-decoration:none"><span style="line-height:22px"><span lang="EN-US" style="color:black">1.5 Million Leaders, is a new research study from UM6P, comparing the views of African university representatives and global corporate leaders to identify the role African talent could play in solving the global talent shortage, and what global challenges can be tackled if corporates expand their hiring pool to include African graduates. This study was based on opinion research among 300 senior leaders in global corporations and 150 representatives from African universities.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></p>

<p class="xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx" style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif"><span style="color:#212121"><span style="font-style:normal"><span style="font-weight:400"><span style="white-space:normal"><span style="background-color:#ffffff"><span style="text-decoration:none"><span style="line-height:22px"><span lang="EN-US" style="color:black">To highlight a few key findings, the study revealed that 64% of senior corporate leaders believe their organization is facing a critical talent shortage. Also, 77% of university representatives believe African start-ups are the solution to nurturing African talent and driving entrepreneurship in the continent.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></p>
