<p>Under the High Patronage of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, the Mohammed VI Polytechnic University and IRESEN - Solar Energy and New Energies Research Institute are organizing the 1st African edition of the international green building student competition Solar Decathlon Africa, which will conclude in September 2019.<br />
Today, the 20 participating teams, from 54 multidisciplinary universities and 20 different countries, unveiled models of their innovative projects: attractive and affordable energy-efficient housing adapted to the local African climate.<br />
The event was held at the Green Energy Park, a Living Lab of the UM6P.</p>
